How fast is the free shipping?

Does WellWell use any fake sugars like erythritol?
Nope. All of our drinks are 3-4g of either organic cane sugar or organic golden coconut sugar. Recover (Watermelon + Tart Cherry) has no added sugar at all. Our Collagen supplements use a small amount of highly purified premium stevia (not the gross, weird-tasting kind). -
What makes WellWell actually functional compared to other brands?
We feel that feeding you marketing BS without a solid product is a bit unethical, and quite frankly, there's enough of that already going around. We use real doses of the functional ingredients and we tell you what those doses are on the actual bottle. Nothing to hide here. Also, our company was co-founded by a medical doctor, so we're not just making shit up. -
What certifications does WellWell have?
WellWell is certified Non-GMO and Kosher. -

Does WellWell need to stay cold? What about shelf life?
WellWell has 120 day shelf life, but does need to stay cold. We prefer to make our drinks safe to consume without processing them more than is necessary. Things shouldn't be able to live on the shelf for 2 years! -
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, and even better, our plastic bottles are made from 100% rPET (already recycled plastic), which helps create a market for using recycled plastic and becoming more sustainable. This way we are not adding any more new plastic into the environment. -
What's the shelf life on WellWell?
Our drinks are perishable which means they can't sit on a shelf for 2 years (or more) before you consume them. We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 14 days for every order on drinkwellwell.com. -

From time to time, we may permit you to download and view one (1) copy of selected Content on the site to which we provide you access or download, on any single computer, solely for your personal, non-commercial home use, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, and solely for so long as you are permitted by WellWell to access and use the site and provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You agree that WellWell, in its sole discretion, may terminate your username, password, account (or any part thereof), or use of the site, and remove and discard any content within the site, at any time and for any reason. In such event and with respect to any use of the site on a mobile device, you must immediately remove the site from your mobile device, including all component parts. You agree that any actions taken under this Section 18 may be effective without prior notice to you.
SECTION 19 – SMS
WellWell is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to the terms herein. By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration. The terms of this Section 19 are limited to the Program and are not intended to modify these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy as they govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts.
User Opt In: The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Section 19 applies to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in.
User Opt Out: If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program, you agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us in order to opt out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.
Duty to Notify and Indemnify: If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will complete the process set forth in the “User Opt Out” paragraph above prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a material part of these Terms of Service. You further agree that, if you discontinue the use of your mobile telephone number without notifying us of such change, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs (including attorneys’ fees) and liabilities incurred by us, or any party that assists in the delivery of the mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number. This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
Program Description: Without limiting the scope of the Program, users that opt into the Program can expect to receive SMS/MMS messages concerning the marketing and sale of WellWell’s products.
Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.
Support Instructions: For support regarding the Program, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from or email us at hello@drinkwellwell.com. Please note that the use of this email address is not an acceptable method of opting out of the Program. Opt outs must be submitted in accordance with the procedures set forth above.
MMS Disclosure: The Program will send SMS TMs (terminating messages) if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.
SECTION 20 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms of Service and all policies and operating rules posted by us on this site or with respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

By ordering WellWell LLC’s (“we” “us” or “our”) products and using our services, you are consenting to the collection of Personal Information and use practices described in this Policy, as modified from time to time by us in our sole discretion.

How do you get my consent?
You consent to our collection and use of Device Information by using or accessing the Site.
You consent to our collection and use of Order Information when you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase.
We will ask directly for your express consent to use your Order Information for a secondary reason, like marketing, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
By entering your phone number for use pertaining to our Site, you are providing written consent and agree to receive text messages from us and agree to the associated Terms of Service. These messages will be used for important notifications, security confirmations, customer service, and other relevant notifications or promotions regarding your purchases and use. SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

SECTION 4 – RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will delete this information only to the extent permitted by applicable law, document retention policy, or court order.

Our Site is based in the United States. If you are visiting from the European Union or other region with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your information to the United States and processing globally. a. The right to request data erasure. b. The right to restrict or object to our processing. SECTION 6 –SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

SECTION 9 – COOKIES
By using or accessing the Site, you are consenting to our use of Cookies as follows:
We, and third-party vendors (such as Google), use Cookies to analyze user activity in order to improve the Site. For example, using Cookies we can look at aggregate patterns, like the average number of beverage options that users browse. We can use such analysis to gain insights about how to improve the functionality and experience for all users, as well as serve ads based on past site activity.
Here is a list of Cookies that we use and a brief description of the services they provide. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of Cookies or not.
· _session_id, unique token, sessional. Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
· _shopify_visit, no data held, persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
· _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
· cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about the contents of your cart.
· _secure_session_id, unique token, sessional.
· storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite. If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
Google Analytics & Interest-Based Online Advertising
As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may utilize automatic data collection technologies (such as Google Analytics) to collect anonymized information about your Site visit. We do this to help us estimate the size of our audience and their usage patterns in order to improve the user experience for everyone.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

In no case shall WellWell, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any product procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. In addition to the indemnity obligations contained elsewhere in these Terms, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WellWell and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site; any material you transmit using the site; or your violation, breach or alleged violation or breach of these Terms of Service, including any claim or liability under the telephone consumer protection act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, et seq., or similar state and federal laws, and any regulations promulgated thereunder resulting from us attempting to contact you at the mobile telephone number you provided.
SECTION 16 - COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the Service, including, without limitation, the texts, marks, logos, slogans, diagrams, photographs, videos, sounds, music, layout, designs, know-how, technologies, products, and processes are and shall remain the exclusive property of and owned by WellWell or our affiliated companies, licensors or content providers, and accordingly are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and all other intellectual or industrial property rights which exist under applicable law.
Except as expressly provided in this Section 16, nothing contained on our site shall be interpreted or construed as granting you a license or a right to use any such content of our site.
All of the content made available through the site, including, but not limited to, all text and images (“Content”), and all software used to make the site available are and shall remain the property of WellWell and its licensors and suppliers, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other proprietary rights and laws. From time to time, we may permit you to download and view one (1) copy of selected Content on the site to which we provide you access or download, on any single computer, solely for your personal, non-commercial home use, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, and solely for so long as you are permitted by WellWell to access and use the site and provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Except as otherwise expressly authorized here and otherwise in writing in advance by WellWell, you agree not to reproduce, modify, publish, license, transmit, reuse, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, adapt, translate, create derivative works based (whether in whole or in part) on, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any Service, all or any part of the site, or any Content made available through the site.
Any Content that is a trademark, logo, or service mark is also a registered or unregistered trademark of WellWell or others. Your use of any Content, except as provided in these Terms of Service, without the written permission of the Content owner is strictly prohibited. The trade names, trademarks and service marks owned by WellWell, whether registered or unregistered, may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not WellWell’s. Nothing contained on the site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any of WellWell’s trade names, trademarks or service marks without our express prior written consent. WellWell will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including by seeking criminal prosecution.
SECTION 17 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 18 - TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of these Terms for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Service, or when you cease using our site.
If, in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate these Terms or our Service at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
You agree that WellWell, in its sole discretion, may terminate your username, password, account (or any part thereof), or use of the site, and remove and discard any content within the site, at any time and for any reason. In such event and with respect to any use of the site on a mobile device, you must immediately remove the site from your mobile device, including all component parts. You agree that any actions taken under this Section 18 may be effective without prior notice to you.
SECTION 19 – SMS
WellWell is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to the terms herein. By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration. The terms of this Section 19 are limited to the Program and are not intended to modify these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy as they govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts.
User Opt In: The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Section 19 applies to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in.
User Opt Out: If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program, you agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us in order to opt out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.
Duty to Notify and Indemnify: If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will complete the process set forth in the “User Opt Out” paragraph above prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a material part of these Terms of Service. You further agree that, if you discontinue the use of your mobile telephone number without notifying us of such change, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs (including attorneys’ fees) and liabilities incurred by us, or any party that assists in the delivery of the mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number. This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
Program Description: Without limiting the scope of the Program, users that opt into the Program can expect to receive SMS/MMS messages concerning the marketing and sale of WellWell’s products.
Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.
Support Instructions: For support regarding the Program, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from or email us at hello@drinkwellwell.com. Please note that the use of this email address is not an acceptable method of opting out of the Program. Opt outs must be submitted in accordance with the procedures set forth above.
MMS Disclosure: The Program will send SMS TMs (terminating messages) if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.
SECTION 20 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms of Service and all policies and operating rules posted by us on this site or with respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how your Personal Information (as defined in Section 1) is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.drinkwellwell.com (the “Site”).

By entering your phone number for use pertaining to our Site, you are providing written consent and agree to receive text messages from us and agree to the associated Terms of Service. SECTION 4 – RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will delete this information only to the extent permitted by applicable law, document retention policy, or court order.

Our Site is based in the United States. If you are visiting from the European Union or other region with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your information to the United States and processing globally. SECTION 6 –SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 9 – COOKIES
By using or accessing the Site, you are consenting to our use of Cookies as follows:
We, and third-party vendors (such as Google), use Cookies to analyze user activity in order to improve the Site. For example, using Cookies we can look at aggregate patterns, like the average number of beverage options that users browse. We can use such analysis to gain insights about how to improve the functionality and experience for all users, as well as serve ads based on past site activity.
Here is a list of Cookies that we use and a brief description of the services they provide. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of Cookies or not.
· _session_id, unique token, sessional. Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
· _shopify_visit, no data held, persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
· _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
· cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about the contents of your cart.
· _secure_session_id, unique token, sessional.
· storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite. If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
Google Analytics & Interest-Based Online Advertising
As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may utilize automatic data collection technologies (such as Google Analytics) to collect anonymized information about your Site visit. We do this to help us estimate the size of our audience and their usage patterns in order to improve the user experience for everyone.
